Solar panels for a domestic installations need to cover 2 to 5 square metres of the roof area. It is generally recommended for the solar panels to be located on the south-facing pitched roof. In the case of a flat roof, the solar frames will need to be angled between 20 and 50 degrees to ensure enough solar energy can be collected.

We can advise on the best position for the solar panels whilst taking into consideration the design and aesthetics of the property.
