We ensure continued excellence by following the RECC code of conduct and achieving accreditation with MCS

MCS is the governing body which oversees the installation of all renewable technologies from heat pumps to solar panels on a properties roof or solar farms. The responsibility of the installer is specified within the documents issued by MCS, these are very stringent and are there to ensure all installations are carried out to the highest standards. Achieving accreditation to the scheme is a very long and difficult process.

Baddow Eco Solutions has been MCS certified since 2018. We take a great deal of pride in holding this accreditation and maintaining a very high level of standards from the initial enquiry, during the installation process through to completion and aftercare. We always follow the requirements of the scheme, offer our clients the best advice even if that means the property, we are viewing is not suitable for the technologies we install.

Being members of RECC gives our clients total piece of mind. The Renewable Energy Consumer Code ensures the client is protected through-out the process and ensures no mis-selling takes place.

The Code sets out the high standards of consumer protection in marketing, pre-contractual information, quotations, deposits, contracts, guarantees and after-sales service for domestic consumers (referred to as Consumers in this Code).
