Service
Air Source Heat Pumps and Ground Source heat pumps do not perform like the traditional heating system we have been used to for many years. These modern efficient renewable energy systems require far less maintenance.
The contract between yourselves and Baddow Eco Solutions is bespoke to the system that we have installed into your property. This contract is discussed and mutually agreed and a part of the completion of your Baddow Eco Solutions installation. The contract will specify all components supplied and installed by Baddow Eco Solutions. Each individual product will be guaranteed for 12 months. The maintenance cost to ensure the system stays in good running order will be individually priced to show complete transparency and will be easy to understand.
During the maintenance of your personal system, if a particular component is faulty and is outside its warranty period then a quotation for a replacement and installation will be provided and prices agreed before any works are carried out.

Systems partially or not previously installed by Baddow Eco Solutions
The contract between yourselves and Baddow Heating Solutions again will be bespoke. An inspection and assessment of your current system will be carried out by Baddow Heating Solutions, the contract will identify components by age and current warranty status. The system will be broken down into Individual components and a price will be given to replace items and life expectancy of each part of the currently heating system.
An annual service will be carried out at our agreed fee with an annual report. If any parts need replacing a quote will be given to you and before any work commences.

To ensure installation of the highest standard we are accredited with MCS and are members of RECC. Find our more here
MCS is the governing body which oversees the installation of all renewable technologies from heat pumps to solar panels on a properties roof or solar farms. The responsibility of the installer is specified within the documents issued by MCS, these are very stringent and are there to ensure all installations are carried out to the highest standards. Achieving accreditation to the scheme is a very long and difficult process.
Being members of RECC gives our clients total piece of mind. The Renewable Energy Consumer Code ensures the client is protected through-out the process and ensures no miss selling takes place.

There are grants of up to £9000 available in England and Wales for customers wanting energy efficiency improvements and/or zero emission heating systems.
As of 1/8/26, If you are replacing Oil or LPG systems with ASHP or GSHP then you could claim up to £9000. If you are replacing gas or electric with ASHP or GSHP, then you could claim up to £7500. under the new Boiler Replacement Scheme (BUS).
